Khadijah Shogbuyi

Khadijah Shogbuyi is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at AFEX since August 2018, where previous roles included Talent Manager, Human Resource and Corporate Service Analyst, and Business Development Analyst. Prior to AFEX, Khadijah held the position of Special Project Coordinator at Aquarian Consult Limited from January to August 2018 and served as Supervisor/Monitor during the National Youth Service Corps at the National Primary Health Care Agency from May 2015 to April 2016. Khadijah holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Lagos (2010-2014) and has advanced qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (2016-2017) and the Senior Management Program in Business Administration and Management at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University (September 2022 - May 2023).
