Averill Roberto, LCSW

Averill Roberto, LCSW has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and settings. Starting in 2013, Averill worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting until 2015. Following that, from 2015 to 2016, they served as a Development Coordinator at East Harlem Tutorial Program. In 2016, they transitioned into social work and became a Social Work Intern at Henry Street Settlement until 2017. Averill then joined Metropolitan Center for Mental Health in 2017, where they held multiple roles including Social Work Intern, Intake Specialist, Quality and Compliance Data Analyst, Psychotherapist, and finally Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects Manager from 2020 to 2023.
