Leo Medrano

Leo Medrano is a finance and operations executive with extensive experience in various industries, including technology, finance, and construction. Currently a candidate for the Cypress City Council, Leo has held the position of Vice President of Finance at Affiliate.com since 2022. Previous roles include Recreation & Community Services Commissioner for the City of Cypress, CFO of Seven Bank (FCTI), and Head of Finance at both Packlane and Plant Prefab, where Leo played a crucial role in financial management for VC-funded startups. Earlier career highlights include serving as CFO at Transonic and working as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch. Leo holds multiple degrees in Economics, Engineering, and Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, along with an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
