Kavita Padiyar

Kavita Padiyar manages AMG’s global human capital function, including employee relations and engagement, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, organizational policies, and human resources legal, operational and technology matters. Prior to joining AMG in 2011, Kavita was a Corporate Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, focusing on investment company representation, M&A and debt transactions, private equity, and general corporate matters. Kavita received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
