David A. Miller

David A. Miller, MD, MHA, CHCEF, FAAFP, currently serves as the Assistant Medical Director at Affinia Healthcare, one of St. Louis City's largest Federally Qualified Health Centers, since February 2014. Miller has played a crucial role in the development and operation of Missouri's first accredited Urgent Care Center at Affinia and has extensive experience in urgent care medicine across various institutions. Additionally, Miller holds a position as a Voluntary Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and serves as a Terrorism Liaison Officer with the Missouri Information Analysis Center. With a robust educational background including a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Health Administration from Webster University, Miller is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has provided mentorship to physician assistant students throughout their career.
