Susan Stone

Susan Stone has over 15 years of experience in client management and product management roles at cxLoyalty and Connexions Loyalty. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Management at cxLoyalty since November 2012, Susan has previously held the positions of Senior Product Manager and Director of Client Management within the same organization. At Connexions Loyalty, Susan has been a Product Manager since March 2006. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Ohio State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
