Jay Maxwell

Jay Maxwell is an experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and previously as the Director of Field Operations for Costco Auto Program since January 2012, Jay plays a pivotal role in managing the auto referral program for Costco Wholesale members in the mid-Atlantic region. In addition, Jay has been with Affinity Development Group since October 1994, holding positions as Regional Sales Manager and Business Consultant. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from George Mason University and also attended Salisbury University.
