Raymond P. Domingue Jr. is a seasoned telecommunications and IT professional with over two decades of experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana since March 2021, Raymond previously held positions at Amedisys as MDM Administrator, overseeing Mobile Device Management for 18,000 devices, and was an Android Enterprise Customer Advisory Board Member at Google. As a co-owner of Shoe Shi Boutique from 2007 to 2022, Raymond managed a women's retail business alongside wife Stephanie. Additionally, Raymond's past experience includes roles at Sprint/Nextel, where responsibilities involved project management for cellular tower operations, and a Technical Trainer Support Specialist position at New Orleans Public Schools.
