Timothy Roussel

Timothy Roussel is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information security and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana since February 2019, Roussel has previously held technical roles at MeridianLink and CRIF Lending Solutions, as well as long-term positions at Sparkhound, where notable contributions included advanced architecture design and implementation of core infrastructure technologies. Roussel's earlier experience includes network administration and support for organizations such as the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and CIBER, Inc. A graduate of Louisiana State University with two Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology and ISDS, Roussel possesses a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams effectively in delivering technical solutions.
