Sheridan Carter

Sheridan Carter, CPM, serves as the Senior Regional Portfolio Manager at Affinity Living Communities since February 2020, overseeing operations for three Air Force Bases in Colorado Springs and Los Angeles, while acting as the liaison to various partners to ensure quality housing. Prior to this role, Sheridan held several leadership positions, including Director of Property Management at Winn Management and Director of Sales at Community Interiors, Inc. Additionally, Sheridan has experience as an Account Executive at ForRent.com®, Regional Manager at Riverstone Residential Group, Vice President at Griffis/Blessing, Inc., and Solutions Consultant at RealPage, Inc. Sheridan holds a Master of Business Administration from Murray State University.
