Thor Emil Brandrud

Thor Emil Brandrud is an accomplished shipping professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Affinity (Shipping) LLP since September 2022, Brandrud previously held the same position at SSY - Simpson Spence Young from January 2018 to June 2022. Prior to that, Brandrud worked as a Shipbroker at Simpson, Spence & Young AS from January 2008 to December 2017 and at R.S.Platou Shipbrokers AS from March 2001 to December 2007. Brandrud's educational background includes studies at BI Norwegian Business School from 2002 to 2003 and a foundational degree in forestry from the University of South-Eastern Norway, completed between 1984 and 1986.
