Dmitry Hodosok has diverse work experience in the field of customer success and product management. Dmitry started their career at Platform.io in 2013 as a Customer Success Manager, where they effectively resolved customer issues, onboarded new clients, and managed ad campaigns. Dmitry was later promoted to Head of Customer Success, where they recruited and coached new team members and generated reports for management. In 2018, Dmitry joined Affise as a Customer Success Manager, where they prioritized product features based on customer feedback and analyzed data to improve project goals. Dmitry currently holds the position of Product Manager at Affise, working closely with customers and engineers to bring new features to life.
Dmitry Hodosok has a Master's degree in Modern Foreign Languages from Minsk State Linguistic University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification in "Симулятор управления продуктом на основе данных" from GoPractice, Inc in November 2021.
