Anil Gadadare has significant experience in BIW fixture design and development, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Affordable Robotic and Automation Pvt. Ltd. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Anil worked as Senior Engineer at 3D Concept Analysis & Development India Pvt. Ltd. from March 2022 to February 2023 and at Patil Automation Pvt. Ltd. from July 2017 to February 2022, where Anil contributed as both Senior and Junior Engineer. Anil's career began as a Trainee Design Engineer at Sinergia Industrial Automation in Pune from November 2015 to June 2017, focusing on project RFQ studies and design requirements. Anil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Adarsh Institute of Technology & Research Centre (2012-2015) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Adarsh Institute of Technology Vita (2009-2012), along with completing high school at Adarsh Madhyamik Vidyamandir, Vita, Sangli.
