Rasha Omar

Rasha Omar, PhD, is a Nutritional Analyst at AFL - Analytical Food Laboratories, INC. since August 2023 and a Formulation Scientist at Sunrider International since June 2022, specializing in creating formulas for food supplements, including various flavored protein shakes and gummies. Rasha has been self-employed since March 2017, leveraging a marketing background to conduct consumer research involving surveys and statistical analysis. Previous experience includes tutoring at Richland College, teaching as an Assistant Professor at the University of Om ElQura, and conducting food technology research at the Agricultural Research Center in Alexandria, Egypt. Rasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition with a focus on Business and Industry from Texas Woman's University and a PhD in Public Health Sciences from the High Institute of Public Health, University of Alexandria.
