Joel Gratz

Joel Gratz has extensive experience in political consulting and data coordination, currently serving as the Midwest District Data Coordinator at AFL CIO since May 2015. As the owner of Forward Strategies, co-founded in 2003, Joel specializes in polling, message development, and voter targeting strategies. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee and ADCC Executive Director for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, where Joel managed budgets exceeding $850,000. As Wisconsin State Data and Targeting Manager for America Votes, Joel provided data management services to various political and advocacy groups. Additional experience includes legislative analysis for the Wisconsin State Senate and public relations coordination for Mullen. Joel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and previously attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and La Follette High School.
