Nicole Evans

Nicole Evans has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the digital services and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Digital Services Delivery Lead at Aflac since June 2014, Nicole has focused on expanding operational foundations related to digital services and IT, leveraging expertise in AWS and various enrollment platforms. Previous roles include Director of Customer Service Center & Regional Operations and Sr. Manager at Express Scripts, as well as Director of Resource Management at Suddenlink Communications. Nicole's career began at Cox Communications, where the role of Director of Operations was held for over a decade. Nicole holds a degree from East Central University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
