Wilfried Quenum

Wilfried Quenum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and internet governance. Currently serving as CEO of IT-NUM since 2011, Quenum specializes in digital infrastructure management, cloud hosting, domain registration, and the development of web and mobile applications. In 2023, Quenum took on the role of President at the Forum sur la Gouvernance de l'Internet au Bénin, fostering dialogue among various stakeholders to promote good governance in the internet sector. Additionally, Quenum co-founded the Identité Numérique Nationale (I2N) in 2016, providing expertise and support to national domain name managers. Quenum holds a Master’s degree in network systems security from Esgis Bénin and various certifications in domain management.
