Robert Pieklo

Robert Pieklo is an accomplished executive in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at American Financial Resources since February 2024. Prior to this role, Pieklo held the position of VP of Revenue at UMortgage from October 2022 to January 2024. As CEO and Co-Owner of Equity Home Mortgage/Emerj Funding Corp from April 2020 to October 2022, Pieklo focused on building a transparent and innovative organizational model. Earlier experience includes leading Consumer Lending at Ditech Financial LLC and serving as Chief Strategy Officer at American Financial Resources, where contributions spanned from overseeing Secondary Marketing to managing the Retail Residential Lending division.
