Marwan Kamal

Marwan Kamal is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Africa and Gulf Bank since May 2021. Previously, Marwan held the same role at Canar Telecom for a brief period in March and April 2021. Prior to that, Marwan was the Head of Finance and Accounting at Qatar Islamic Bank SUDAN from October 2017 to February 2021 and served as Finance Manager at IRADA Microfinance for a short duration in mid-2017. Marwan’s career in finance began at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) SUDAN, where Marwan worked as a Senior Financial Accountant from July 2013 to February 2016 and was a Credit Analyst at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi between April 2009 and July 2013. Marwan holds a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Accounting from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, completed in 2007.
