Edward Kobuthi

Edward Kobuthi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and governance across various educational and regulatory institutions in Kenya. Currently serving as Chairman of the Embu County Professional Development Association and as a Senior Lecturer at Africa International University, Edward holds multiple board positions including Member of the Board of Directors for the Privatisation Commission of Kenya, Board Member of the Water Services Regulatory Board, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Management at Kangaru Secondary School. Enhancing corporate governance practices in their role as a Corporate Governance Consultant for the Institute of Directors (Kenya), Edward also manages EBN Creations Limited as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing mobile banking operations. Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi, Edward's diverse educational background includes additional degrees in business administration, brewing technology, and food science.
