Sebefoly Fani

Sebefoly Fani currently serves as a Senior Financial Management Officer at the African Development Bank Group, having joined in March 2018, with previous roles including Project Financial Management Officer and Internal Auditor within the YP Program. Prior to this, Sebefoly worked at Cargill as a Senior Business Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included managing an accounting team, monitoring cocoa sourcing businesses, and implementing internal control procedures. Earlier experience includes a senior auditor position at Mazars, focusing on auditing and risk management for international institutions, as well as a junior auditor role. Sebefoly holds a DSGC in Accounting and Finance from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Post Graduate Certificate in Development Strategy & Governance from the University of Bradford, among other credentials. Additionally, ongoing education in Lean 6 Sigma is being pursued for Green Belt certification.
