Chioma Joy Okonkwo (PhD, DEng) currently serves as the Specialization Learning Lead at The African Leadership University since November 2022, and has been a Lecturer at the University of Port Harcourt Nigeria since January 2014, where significant improvements in student success rates in introductory biochemistry courses have been achieved. As a Lead Trainer and Academic Coach at GRADMASTER Academy from January 2022, Chioma has designed multiple modules aimed at enhancing academic success and growth mindset. Previous roles include Adjunct Curriculum Designer/Instructor at Kibo School and Educational Consultant at Gopius E-Learning Services, where expertise was provided in ICT integration for post-secondary education. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Environmental Biochemistry and a Doctor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering, complemented by an MSc in Environmental Biochemistry and a BS in Biochemistry, showcasing a robust educational foundation in the sciences.
