Salim Cyiza

Salim Cyiza is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in project management, digital marketing, and youth empowerment. As the Founder of WorkEtherea, Salim is dedicated to transforming employment opportunities in Rwanda through a digital talent marketplace aimed at eradicating youth unemployment. Current roles include Project Manager at the Wildlife Conservancy Institute, overseeing complex projects for wildlife conservation, and Campus Coordinator at The African Leadership University, ensuring operational excellence. Salim has also served as a Student Ambassador and DE&I Consulting and Data Analytics Remote Extern at Paragon One, where contributions to diversity and inclusion initiatives were significant. With a background in research and authorship for The Global Youth Coalition and strategic business development at the African Hub of Agriculture, Salim is an advocate for youth and environmental issues. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from The African Leadership University and a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera.
