Kaliba Owen Mukando

Kaliba Owen Mukando is an experienced Funding and Reporting Manager at African Parks Network since October 2022, overseeing the delivery of the park’s grant portfolio and managing data collection and monitoring systems. Previously, Kaliba served as Program Manager - Funding at Oxfam and held the position of Partnerships Development Specialist at the Zambia Development Agency from May 2020 to October 2022. Prior roles include Head of Funding at WaterAid and Development Consultant at The Governance Institute, along with significant experience in partnership development at Plan International and capacity building at Care International. Kaliba's educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Governance and Leadership, a BA in Public Administration and Psychology, an MBA in Organizational Leadership, and currently pursuing another MBA in Business Administration and Management at ESAMI Business School.
