Lerato Nonyana

Lerato holds an LLB degree and is an admitted attorney. She is a senior legal advisor at ARC. Her experience includes private equity, corporate and project finance and public private partnerships transactions, as well as banking and financing transactions. Lerato has worked extensively on renewable energy projects and has also worked on telecommunication projects, toll road projects, refinancing projects, accommodation projects and the financing of small to medium mining transactions both in border and cross border.
