Lucy Nganga

Lucy Nganga possesses extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Underwriting & Marketing at African Reinsurance Corporation since June 2018. Prior roles include Manager of Underwriting and Marketing at the same company, Reinsurance Manager at CIC Insurance Group Ltd from July 2016 to April 2018, and Reinsurance Manager at UAP INSURANCE KENYA LTD from June 2012 to June 2016. Earlier career experience includes positions as Deputy Manager of Reinsurance at Madison Insurance and Assistant Manager at First Reinsurance Brokers from 2005 to 2009. Lucy Nganga holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, both from the University of Nairobi.
