Thomas Cole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in humanitarian assistance, agroecology, and global health. As Co-Founder of KAIBAE since July 2012, Thomas focuses on revitalizing indigenous crops and fostering sustainable partnerships in Sub-Saharan Africa. In dual roles, Thomas serves as an Agroecology and Resilience Design consultant advisor for USAID, developing tools and conducting training in multiple African nations. Previous experience includes significant positions at Save the Children International, where Thomas managed substantial programs aimed at strengthening resilience in vulnerable communities across the Horn of Africa.
