Faisal Jiwa

Faisal Jiwa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and venture capital. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at AfricInvest Group since January 2023, Faisal has also held the position of Director and Senior Investment Officer at the same firm from June 2013 to December 2019. As a Board Member of the East Africa Private Equity & Venture Capital Association since June 2015, Faisal contributes to the growth of the industry. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role at PwC from September 2002 to April 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from McGill University and designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
