Meriem Bergaoui

Meriem BERGAOUI serves as the Directrice Comptable at AfricInvest Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Meriem held the position of Directrice Administrative et Financière et responsable SVT at Tunisie Valeurs from July 2011 to March 2022, where Meriem was a member of the management committee and was responsible for the preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements, as well as developing procedural manuals and a fiscal guide. Earlier experience includes the role of Responsable Back office OPCVM at Tunisie Valeurs from 2006 to 2011, where Meriem contributed to the development of application specifications and ensured the compliance of securities operations. Meriem holds a Maitrise in Comptabilité from ISCAE (1998-2001) and a Certificat IFRS from IPAG Business School in Tunis (2019).
