Ludwig Van der Walt is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Afrimat since December 2020, Ludwig previously owned DesignTier from September 2019 to December 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Project Engineer at Telsmith from February 2016 to August 2019, where involvement in the design and manufacturing of modular plants and conveyor systems took place. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Osborn Engineered Products from July 2010 to January 2016, Ludwig managed a team responsible for the development of various crushing equipment. Earlier experience includes a position as a Site Engineer at Concor Construction (Pty) Ltd from January 2009 to June 2010, focusing on resolving technical issues on site. Ludwig holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
