Pierre-Yves Thomas

Pierre-Yves Thomas is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the CTO of Afriwise since November 2022. With a strong foundation in AI solutions, knowledge management, and big data, Pierre-Yves is also the Founder, Managing Director, and Software Architect at PythAgoria since April 2011. Previous roles include Director at DBiT from January 2001 to May 2011, and I.T. Manager at Groupe De Boeck between August 1997 and January 2001. Additional experience includes positions as a Technical Consultant at Odyssey Asset Management Systems, Project Manager at SISEG, and Engineer/Researcher at JEMA SA / CRC LLN. Pierre-Yves holds a degree from Université catholique de Louvain.
