Bahejah Isaacs

Bahejah Isaacs is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in leading teams and developing business initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at AfroCentric Group since September 2021, Bahejah has previously held key positions at Sanlam, including Head of Operations and Senior Team Manager, where responsibilities included developing and motivating business owners at the Sanlam Direct Contact Centre. Additional experience includes team management roles at Mindpearl and Carphone Warehouse, as well as a Support Specialist position at Old Mutual. Bahejah holds a Diploma in Contact Centre Operations from Damelin and has furthered education at Stellenbosch University.
