Shiree Pointer has over three decades of experience in program management, currently serving as the Manager of Program Growth and Quality Support at AFS Intercultural Programs since March 1988, as well as holding the position of Manager of Program Growth and Quality at AFS International since 1988. In these roles, Shiree Pointer is responsible for enhancing program quality and expanding growth initiatives within the organization.
