Jeremiah Tattersall

Jeremiah Tattersall is a seasoned labor organizer with extensive experience in union operations, legislative advocacy, and political engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Organizer for AFSCME Local 3299 since August 2021, Jeremiah previously led efforts for the North Central Florida Central Labor Council, overseeing organizing initiatives for 60,000 union families across 12 counties. Additional roles include Legislative Liaison for the American Federation of Government Employees L.U. 2779, where advocacy spanned multiple congressional districts, and organizing focused on membership recruitment with the Florida Education Association. Jeremiah's early career includes research as a Biological Scientist at the University of Florida, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida and an Associate's degree from Valencia College.
