Tara Blake

Tara Blake is a marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the National Vice President of Marketing & Communications at After-School All-Stars since April 2021, Tara previously held roles such as Interim Chief of Staff and Marketing Operations Manager within the same organization. Previous experience includes the position of Marketing Communications Officer at Project Open Hand, where contributions included enhancing marketing materials and increasing donor engagement. Tara has also worked as Activities & Volunteer Coordinator at Autumnwood Of Deckerville and completed an internship at Invisible Children Inc., honing skills in donor communications and strategic marketing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing from Saginaw Valley State University and coursework in Graphic Design at California College of the Arts.
