Alan Weller

Alan Weller possesses extensive experience in customer service and account management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Credit Services Representative at Aftermath Services since February 2018, Alan specializes in trauma cleaning and biohazard removal. Prior to this role, Alan was employed at Receivable Management Services from August 2001 to February 2018, where responsibilities included resolving customer receivable issues and managing high-volume accounts as a Sr. Agent Customer Service Rep. Alan began the career at Market Facts in June 1996 as a telephone interviewer, later advancing to Supervisor, focusing on quality control and interviewer training. Alan completed education at Waubonsee Community College from 1998 to 2000 following graduation from Oswego High School in 1998.
