James Bala Katongole

James Bala Katongole has a diverse work experience. In 2011, they started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Securi-Guard Middle East, where they worked until September 2013. In October 2013, they joined Air Arabia as a Flight Attendant and remained in the role.

Currently, James Bala Katongole is the Chief Executive Officer at Afwego, starting from July 2022.

James Bala Katongole has received education and certifications in the field of customer service management and business administration. In 2012, they attended IATA Training, where they obtained a certification in Airline Customer Service. This certification focused on customer service management in the airline industry. In 2007, James Bala Katongole began their formal education at Uganda, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. James Bala completed their studies in 2010, specializing in business, management, marketing, and related support services. These educational experiences demonstrate their commitment to enhancing their skills and knowledge in customer service and business administration.
