Robert has over 30 years of experience in business development, product development and operations management. He previously held leadership positions in chemical and specialty products manufacturing companies. His achievements include; NASA’s Paul F. Holloway Technology Transfer Award, Frost & Sullivan Emerging Technology Award and Hampton Roads Technology Council: Excellence in Innovation Award. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Richmond and completed Principles of Lean Manufacturing. He joined AG Essence in 2014.
