Aimee Ryan

Aimee Ryan is a seasoned facilitator and consultant with extensive experience in collaboration, conflict resolution, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Facilitator at Ag Innovations since February 2020, Aimee has also held roles at the Center for Efficient Collaboration and founded Core Connections, which focuses on transformative mediation and communication coaching. As a co-founder of the Cultural Catalyst Network, Aimee has worked to address global challenges through collaborative learning. Previous experience includes positions as Project Coordinator at Bay Area Nonviolent Communication and Interim Executive Director of The Novalis Project. Aimee holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Montana.
