Johan Haesendonck has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Johan started their career as an Architect at Samyn & Associés in 1989. Johan then worked as a Development Manager at Trema from 1992 to 1994. After that, they joined ING Real Estate as a Development Manager from 1999 to 2001. Johan then worked at AXA as the Head of Real Estate Commercial Management from 2001 to 2006. Since 2007, they have been associated with AG REAL ESTATE in various roles. Johan first served as the Head of Letting Services, where they were responsible for managing the existing tenants and the letting of available surfaces in offices and warehouses. Then, they became the Asset Manager MRICS, where they monitored a portfolio of 16 office buildings and handled various asset management tasks. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Asset Management MRICS at AG REAL ESTATE.
Johan Haesendonck attended Sint-Jorisinstituut from 1973 to 1979 and did not receive a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Johan then pursued higher education at KU Leuven from 1979 to 1985, earning a degree in Civil Engineering & Architecture. In 1991, Johan attended Vlerick Business School for a year to study Middle Management, although they did not receive a degree for this program.
