Nils Alves

Nils Alves is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Leader and Senior Systems Engineer at AG Solution Group since April 2019. In this role, Nils has excelled as a Business Analyst, MES Engineer, and MOM Engineer, contributing to various projects by clarifying business processes, translating requirements into specifications, and facilitating agile development practices. Prior to this, Nils worked as an Operations and Lean Consultant at Leanked, focusing on Lean Management and operational transformation, and held positions in internal audit and continuous improvement internships. Nils holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and has additional qualifications in Lean Management from CLT Services.
