Fabien Bouzon

Fabien Bouzon has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Fabien started their career at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Accountant Analyst. Fabien then moved on to JTI, where they held positions such as Financial & Sr Financial Analyst, Manager Finance, and Director Strategic Planning. After that, Bouzon joined SITA and took on roles such as Head of Commercial Support, Head of Regional Financial Control, Head of Finance for Sales and CIO, and Director Business Finance. At SITA, they also served as Director Human Resources Business Partner, Deputy CFO, and HR Director Europe. In 2010, they joined Hobart Group Capital SA as the Director of Family Office. Currently, Bouzon is working at Aga Khan Development Network as the Head of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations in Geneva and supporting the Aga Khan Trust for Culture.

Fabien Bouzon completed a degree in Sciences Economiques et Sociales with a focus on Economy from the University of Geneva from 1990 to 1992.
