Xavier Lucas

Xavier Lucas is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in international development and private equity. Currently serving as Senior Manager at the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development within the Aga Khan Development Network since September 2016, Xavier focuses on promoting entrepreneurship in the developing world. Prior to this role, Xavier held the position of Chief Financial Officer at SM2D Inc. from August 2013 to August 2016, and at Tejari World Group from November 2008 to August 2013. Xavier's earlier experience includes senior investment management at the Aga Khan Development Network from 2002 to 2008, and audit management roles at Ernst & Young in Paris and Tokyo from 1995 to 2002. Xavier began the professional journey as an MIS Manager at Taeter Tours GmbH in Germany. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Management Control, Accountancy and Financial Management from France, along with a Master in Management and Finance from ESCEM, France.
