Rakhat Ismanbaeva is an experienced professional in research, evaluation, and learning, currently serving as the Research, Evaluation and Learning Manager at the Aga Khan Foundation in the Kyrgyz Republic since April 2016, after holding roles as Coordinator and Specialist within the same team. Previous experience includes a position as Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Search for Common Ground from May 2015 to April 2016, and roles at M-Vector Consulting Agency as Research Project Manager and Research Analyst from August 2012 to May 2015. Rakhat Ismanbaeva began a career in marketing research at Beeline Kyrgyzstan from October 2011 to July 2012. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Development Policies and Practices from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Diploma in Quantitative Economics from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, along with additional studies at the Higher School of Economics in 2014.
