Mandy Lloyd

Mandy Lloyd is an experienced professional in the field of food management and education, currently serving as an Associate Tutor at Cardiff Metropolitan University and an External Examiner at Ulster University. Alongside these roles, Mandy acts as a Sensory Science Trainer for SOFHT and a Visiting Lecturer at Harper Adams University. With a long tenure as a Consultant Home Economist - R&D at AGA Rangemaster Group plc since 2013, Mandy also held positions as an External Examiner at Abertay University and as a Visiting Lecturer and Lecturer at University College Birmingham until 2023. Previously, Mandy worked as a Senior Nutrition and Education Adviser for the Milk Marketing Board.
