Brian Park

Brian Park joined AgAmerica as General Counsel in October 2022 and oversees the company’s legal function.

Brian began his career practicing law with King and Spalding LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, where he advised clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity offerings, and other investment transactions. Prior to joining AgAmerica, Brian served as Associate General Counsel for GoHealth Urgent Care, a leading owner, operator, and manager of urgent care centers across the United States.

Brian received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in economics from Clemson University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor in law from the University of Virginia, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association. He is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia.

At AgAmerica, Brian strives to support the company at large so that the farmer’s experience with AgAmerica is an effective, positive, and proactive one.
