Rachel Cashdollar is the Associate Director of Equity, joining AgAmerica in 2017. Over her career at AgAmerica, Rachel has held roles in Production, Closing, and Information Technology. Agriculture has always been a part of Rachel’s life, from her time growing up on her family’s Christmas tree farm in Pennsylvania to managing a Central Florida ranch. Both her career experience and education have prepared her for this role as she serves the equity side of the business.
Rachel graduated from Florida Southern College with her degree in business administration and holds her real estate license in the state of Florida. Real estate and agriculture have always been personal and professional passions of Rachel’s. Before joining AgAmerica, she gained experience as a Project Manager and a Ranch Manager. As a Project Manager, Rachel oversaw various land development projects, land use change requests, and multiple construction management projects. In her role as Ranch Manager, she supervised all ranching operations which included Farm Service Agency (FSA) programs to enhance farming operations, calf-cow management including artificial insemination breeding, and sand mining job and logistics management. These experiences provided Rachel with valuable and extensive knowledge in project management, real estate, and agriculture which advanced her into her role at AgAmerica. Furthermore, Rachel’s experience as a Business Technology Manager at AgAmerica helped her mature a skillset in technology project management. In this role, she helped optimize security audit oversight processes and manage CRM software to streamline internal processes and create a better client experience.
In addition to her work experience, Rachel serves on various community boards and is actively involved in the Junior League of Greater Lakeland, Volunteers in Service to the Elderly, the United Way, and Florida Southern College.
In her role as the Associate Director of Equity, Rachel develops innovative solutions to new and existing procedures to deliver consistent results to clients and investors. Using her project management skills, Rachel ensures the equity side of the business is serving clients in the best way possible through AgAmerica’s investment management strategies.
