Vineeth Mathew

Vineeth Mathew's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Vineeth started their career as a Guest Services Personnel at CGH Earth in 2005 and later worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager at the same company. In 2007, they became an Assistant Manager- Training and Personnel at CGH Earth Experience Hotels. Vineeth then joined Sarovar Hotels & Resorts as a Manager- Training in 2009. In 2010, they started working at Synthite Industries Ltd as a Sr. Specialist- Learning & Development and later became a Sr. Manager- Divisional Human Resources. Vineeth then served as the DGM- HR & Training before joining Agappe Diagnostics Ltd as the General Manager- Learning & OD in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President Human Resources at Agappe Diagnostics Ltd.

Vineeth Mathew's education history begins in 1995, as they enrolled in St Peters Senior Secondary School, Kadayiruppu, where they completed their Higher Secondary education in 2012. In 2002, they attended the Institute of Hotel Management, Kovalam, and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration, specializing in Hotel Management.

In 2007, Vineeth pursued further education at Bharathiar University, completing their Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Vineeth obtained a certification in CII HR Excellence Assessor from the Confederation of Indian Industry in July 2014.
