Carolina Egea Millet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, entrepreneurship, and biochemistry. Currently serving as Gerente General and Business Development Manager at Agarose Bead Technologies since May 2018, Carolina is also a co-founder and board member of AMYL Asociación Mujer y Liderazgo and an entrepreneurship mentor at Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d, focusing on fostering growth in Life Sciences and Healthcare entrepreneurship in the Madrid region. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at MGM-Mejoran-LeanGxP, General Manager at Diomune S.L., and Manager of R&D Programs in the Biosciences area for the Comunidad de Madrid.
