Dori Whelan

Dori Whelan is a Product Manager, Clinical Insights at Agathos since October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Healthcare Cost and Quality Consultant for Self from August 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, they took a sabbatical from June 2018 to August 2019 to travel with their family. Dori also worked at Sutter Health, where they held various roles including Director Ambulatory Variation Reduction from April 2017 to June 2018, Variation Reduction Program Manager from October 2013 to March 2017, and Consultant from March 2011 to September 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at San Francisco Health Plan as a Director of Quality Improvement from September 2005 to June 2009, Manager of Quality Improvement from September 2003 to August 2005, Senior Analyst from September 2000 to August 2003, and Analyst from January 2000 to August 2000. Dori started their career as a Research Assistant at the Department of Veterans Affairs from October 1998 to October 1999.

Dori Whelan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Boston College from 1991 to 1995. Dori went on to study Sociology Statistics & Research Methods at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1996 to 1998.
